With a combination of calorie burning "intervals", and muscle toning body weight exercises, not only will you get a great workout in, you will learn how to complete several effective exercises safely on your own. Each week we follow up your workouts with email reminders and pictures of many of the exercises performed in class so you can stay on track and succeed 7 days a week. Groups are limited to 12 people so more individual attention can be given to each camper, noting S.A.F.E. and effective technique with each fat blasting move.
