Basic Plank & Advanced Variations

Basic Plank - the fundamental core strengthening exercise that hits your entire body. Performed on your elbows or toes, attempt to hold this position for 10-30 sec, working up to 60 sec before advancing.

 

Tripod Plank Hold - advance to these after being able to hold your basic plank position for >60 sec.

 

Plank with Twist - (hips remain square to the floor)
